Another one is Sandraclicks, VERY similar as NeoBux (instant payments via AlertPay, renting refs). Joining is free. As standard member, you have 4-7 ads to click, and 0,5 cent from your referrals clicks. Premium for 1 year is 60 $, and as premium you have 11 ads per day, 1,125 cents from your clicks and from your referrals you have 0,75 cents per they click. You can rent referrals, as low as 3 of them for, as I recall, 90 cents. Biggest pack for renting is 100 refs, price is 30 $ for 1 month.

Third one, approved to be instant, is BuxOut. As standard member, you have 1 cent from yours click, and 0,5 cents from referrals clicks, 4 ads per day. You can request payment (and get it INSTANT, via AlertPay) when you reach 5 $ for first payment, and 10 $ for second and so on payments. Premium is kinda expensive (85 $ for 1 year), but you have more ads to click (at least 8), and you get for yours and for your referrals click 1,25 cents. You can buy referrals also, minimum is 10, and they cost 9,95 $. Also, there is packages of 35 refs (32,95 $) and 100 refs (89,95 $). I myself got 5 INSTANT payments from buxout (standard member).
